Earlier this year, while scrolling through Instagram, I came across a video of a girl making mini cookies. The video was only 15 seconds long, but the cookies looked so adorable and delicious that I had to give them a try! I searched the internet for the same recipe and came across Emma's Goodies , which has since become one of my favourite channels. Her recipes are super simple, quick, fail-proof, and delicious, which is why her channel has quickly become one of my favourites! They're also reasonably priced, which is an added bonus.
I tried the 3 ingredient mini vanilla sugar cookies and I must say it is by far the easiest recipe I've ever made! The cookies were crisp on the outside and soft within, and had the perfect crumb texture!
